The computerized numerical control three roll mill is designed for high-end paste with precise control system. Operator can set the required fineness or pressure through human-computer PLC screen, and can record formula through memory system which is connected with ERP system through highway.
 
Characters:
Pressure mode displays the pressure value set by user, the actual distance and the actual pressure.
Gap mode displays the gap distance value set by user and the actual stress values.
Clean mode and reverse function ensure the safety of operation.
Roller gap control system is real-time monitoring and adjusting to make sure the pre-set.
Roller speed and distance can be set as a parameter under any mode.
PLC control brings easy and visual operation.
 
Options of material of rollers:
Al2O3, ZrO2, SiC, Supper alloy, Chrome-plate.
 
Applications:
